You have two options (#1 and #2) to register and pay for the Luncheon/Meetings.
Registrations for the monthly luncheons/meetings and special events are non-refundable. You may have your lunch picked up by a friend to be taken home to you if can not attend.
Option #1: The cost for lunch if paying by cash or check is $22.00. Make checks payable to: LCWA and mail to P.O. Box 526, Okahumpka, FL. 34762. The check for the May luncheon/meeting being held on Thursday, May 25th MUST be received by Friday, May 19th - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note your MENU Choice on the Check.
MENU Choices Are:
1. Arlington Ridge Cobb with Choice of dressing (Mixed Greens/Grilled Chix/Avacodo/Applewood Bacon Bits/Boiled Egg/Diced Tomato/Bleu Cheese Crumbles)
2. Coconut Shrimp with chili dipping sauce WITH YOUR CHOICE OF: French Fries OR Coleslaw
3. CB Grill Burgers (Beef/Cheese/Lettuce/Tomato/Red Onion on Toasted Brioche WITH YOUR CHOICE OF: French Fries OR Coleslaw
Dessert is Included along with Coffee, Tea, or Iced Tea.
Option #2: Register and pay online: Complete the form below. There is a $1.00 additional processing fee for paying using Paypal or a credit card for a total of $23.
