Lunch/Meeting Registration
You have two different optional methods (#1 and #2) to register and pay for the Luncheon/Meetings.
Registrations for the monthly luncheons/meetings and special events are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may have your lunch picked up by a friend to be taken home to you if can not attend.
Option #1 (Cash Nor Check): The cost for lunch if paying by cash or check is $22.00 p/p incl. Make checks payable to: LCWA and mail to P.O. Box 526, Okahumpka, FL. 34762. The check for the JANUARY 22nd luncheon MUST be RECEIVED by TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2026 at 8:00pm - NO EXCEPTIONS - Non-Refundable.
Entrees Are:
#1. PRIME RIB QUESADILLA:
Shaved Angus ribeye, sauteed onions, and provolone cheese served with creamy horseradish and house made au jus.
#2. CLASSIC WEDGE:
Iceberg lettuce quarter served with shrimp, bacon bits, bleu cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes, and drizzled with balsamic glaze.
#3. HALF SANDWICH AND SOUP
Turkey half sandwich served with tomato basil soup.
Dessert (Chef's Choice) is Included along with
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, or Water.
Option #2 (Online): Register and pay online: Complete the form below. There is a $1.00 additional processing fee for paying using a credit card for a total of $23.
